Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used products, items marked final sale, gift cards, and samples.
Condition
- Items must be in resalable condition with all seals/tags intact. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label. We will replace or refund.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our error).
Exchanges
- For a faster exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Return address
- We’ll provide the correct return address when your return is authorized. Do not return to the sender address on the shipping label.

Cancellation window
- You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After an order enters fulfillment, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Pre-orders/backorders
- Pre-ordered items can be canceled until they ship.

Satisfaction
- We stand behind product quality. If you experience an issue with product integrity (e.g., pump malfunction, separation beyond normal, abnormal odor), contact us within 30 days for assistance.
Exclusions
- Normal variations in texture or scent, damage from misuse or improper storage, and allergic reactions are not covered. For sensitivities, patch test prior to full use.
