Shipping Policy
- Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping times
- United States: 5–10 business days after processing.
- International: 7–20 business days after processing.
- Total estimated delivery time: up to 15 business days on average. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
- Fulfillment
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner. Warehouse location(s) may vary by product and destination.
- Shipping fees
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
- Order tracking
- A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.
- Address changes
- If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is in fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
- Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. We’ll assist with a claim, but we’re not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
- Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
- Recipients are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance charges required by their country.
